Hey guys! I'm really looking forward to this cross country season. You new runners are really showing that you're ready to work hard and are going to make a great impact on the team! Everyone is working their tails off and I really appreciate all the effort. I can't wait till the season starts. As one of the head captains, I hope to be a good example and make running fun by encouraging you when it gets tough. Keep up the good work and don't ever give up!
