Roster Night will be Monday, April 17, 8 PM at the Mannaerchor. All Head Coaches Must attend. Each coach must have the following for his/her team on this night. All forms are available on the "Handouts" Page of the website. 1. Roster, Field Directions & Ground Rules: Please have players listed alphabetically (last name first) on your roster. Must have a copy of your roster, field directions and ground rules for each of the following: - One packet for each team in your conference. - One packet for the league secretary. - One packet for the Webmaster 2. Contracts: For new players to the league or players that played for a different organization. Please staple their contract, birth certificate and if a release form is needed together in alphabetical order. Put copy of roster, field directions and ground rules with the packet to give to the league. 3. Schedule Changes: All schedule changes must be made by the end of roster night. Both coaches must agree and notify the webmaster. Any changes in the schedule after roster night must be approved by unanimous vote by the Officers. Please read the bylaws for all rules governing rescheduling.
