Once again our fall fundraiser is in full swing. In order to keep an organization as large as CYSL going it is necessary to hold fundraisers and we need everyone's cooperation, who opted to participate, in selling their Gift Check books. It requires much more money than we take in at registration to operate our program to maintain and repair the fields, to purchase equipment and uniforms, insurance, scholarships and much more. This is our 13th year of bringing Gift Checks to our community and this year it has been customized just for our league. There are many new merchants and over 162 valuable offers. This book sells for only $10 dollars and is worth so much more. We ask that every child in the league put out some effort to sell their six books and ask that each parent in the league to at least purchase one book for themselves. In it there is a coupon for $3 off your child's next soccer season. All players should have received their Gift Check books by now. If your child has not, please contact Denise Marine at 893-8350. There are many great awards available this year for the players who sell 6 or more books. If you need more books, please check with your team parent. In order to eligible to receive an award your child must turn in his or her coupon monies to their team parent prior to September 28th. Make all checks payable to CYSL and please, NO COINS. Thank you.
