The Eagles sent Luke Fitzgibbon to the mound to face Farmingdale in the first round of the playoffs. Fitzgibbon threw a no hitter and struck out 11 for the victory. This was the first no hitter in the playoff history of Valley Stream Central. The offense in the game was supplied by Bobby Standish who had a key hit late in the game when he drove in 2 runs with a base hit up the middle. The final score in the game was 4-0.
