  The La Costa Canyon Mavericks and Head Coach Justin Machado won their 300th career win with a 15-2 win over Escondido.

  Head Coach Justin Machado was recognized in the National High School Baseball Coaches Association 2010 Coaching Victory Milestones with his 300 Career Coaching win but the young man has a way to go to catch John Donohue of Lowell High School in San Francisco who reached 600.
