LA COSTA CANYON HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL

In the first inning Rusty Leedy singled, Grant Allgire tipled him home and then scored on a sacrifice fly by Cole Ducey. Allgire went 3 for 4 with a single, double and a triple. The Mavericks loaded the bases four times but could not score again. Chris Brookey had a solid pitching outing, with error free defense behind him and with relief appearances from T Perreira and Tyler Korn. Korn set a new school record with his 5th Save of the year.
