The top four seeds for the Division I CIF Playoffs are: #1 Montgomery (25-5, 12-1) #2 Fallbrook (27-4, 15-0) #3 Rancho Bernardo (26-5, 12-3) #4 La Costa Canyon (21-9, 10-5) The Four Play In Games Set For Tues. May 25th are: Game A - Torrey Pines (16-13, 7-8) at Sweetwater (19-9, 8-5) Game B - Vista (15-14, 6-9) at Granite Hills (19-8-2, 11-4) Game C - San Marcos (16-13-1, 6-9) at Eastlake (20-9, 9-4) Game D - San Diego (16-11, 6-6) at Rancho Buena Vista (17-12, 9-6) Note: Mt Carmel (17-14, 7-8) is in the Div II Playoffs. Oceanside (14-13-1, 5-10) in in the Div II Playoffs. Carlsbad (17-11, 8-7) the 3rd place team in the Avocado League was left out of the Div I CIF Playoffs. On Wed. May 26th in the first round of double elimination: The winner of Game A will play at No: 1 Seeded Montgomery at 3:30pm; The winner of Game B will play at No: 4 Seeded La Costa Canyon, 4:00 The winner of Game C will play at No: 3 Seeded Rancho Bernardo; 4:00 The winner of Game D will play at No: 2 Seeded Fallbrook, 4:00 pm If each of the four seeded teams win on May 26th the brackets on Friday May 28th would have: No: 4 Seed La Costa Canyon at No: 1 Seed Montgomery; No: 3 Seed Rancho Bernardo at No: 2 Seed Fallbrook; The Loosing teams from May 26th will play at the higher seed's field. On Saturday May 29th there are two Loser Bracket Elimination Games to be held at Rancho Bernardo High (and not Carlsbad High School) at 11:00 am and 2:00pm. On Tuesday June 1st the Semi-finals are held at the higher seed's field. On Thursday June 3rd a second semi-final game is held if the team with one loss wins on Tuesday. On Saturday June 5th the CIF Championship Game is held at 7:00pm at San Diego State's Tony Gwynn Stadium as the 4th game of the day.
