Rancho Buena Vista beat Mt Carmel 3-1 to win the North County Tournament Championship. The Longhorns are now 12-0, as they notched tournament wins over La Costa Canyon, Orange Glen, San Pasqual, Ramona and Valley Center to get tothe Championship game.. Mt Carmel fell to 9-2-1 but had tournamsnt winds over Ramona, San Pasqual, Vista, Escondido and Westview.
