Volunteer UMPIRES benefit EASTLAKE LITTLE LEAGUE to help REDUCE costs!

Hello,

It’s that time of year again and District 42 with the help from Park View Little League
will be holding an Umpires Mechanics Training this Sunday, February 21st at 9AM.

The training will take place on the Minor-A field of PARK VIEW LITTLE LEAGUE. We will be covering the basic mechanics same as what Little League Western Region teaches in the week long course, only condensed
into a short few hours. Things we will go over are The Slot (Plate Umpire Positioning), the
basic 4 (Ball, Strike, Safe, Out), Angle Distance plus a few more if time permits?

There is no pre-qualification or experience needed, only willingness to learn.
Dress attire is casual (shorts, sneakers), but umpire attire is also welcome.
