Fairport Baseball Families,

We have rescheduled Senior Day to May 15th due to the lovely weather we are having BUT our BBQ Food Truck Fundraiser will go on as scheduled on Monday May 6th. Location of the BBQ may change to the front parking lot if we are required to do so. We will let you know as soon as we do!

If you have not turned in your unsold tickets or payment for the tickets please do so immediately. We are happy to make arrangements to get them from you. If you are not selling any the tickets MUST be returned.

We also are reaching out to you about the BBQ Food Truck Fundraiser. For those that helped out last year you may remember we did not have nearly enough help to get the dinners put together and out to the droves of people that had bought tickets. With that said we are running it very differently this year. There will be 3 one hour time slots that will need to be filled and we are going to have each team in our program(Mod B1, Mod B2, Mod A, JV and Varsity provide 2 people for each time slot. Most teams do have a game scheduled that evening and we are just asking for an hour of your time to be able to make this a very successful fundraiser for our program.
Time slots are: 5:00-6:00, 6:00-7:00 and 7:00-8:00 or if all the ticket orders sold are picked up than it will be done sooner.

Please reach out to your team parent to sign up for the time slot you can help out at!

Thank you for helping make this Fairport Baseball fundraiser a huge success. Without all levels of participation this would not be successful as it has been and would not bring the added benefits to all our baseball teams.
