Varsity football finished 5-5; the dominance of the run game lead by Draylyn D was second to none. The Vikings had a massive start of 3-0 on the season and battled with numbers for the remainder of the year. Senior leadership from Evaristo C, Andrea T, and Dami O carried the team for the entire season. The Viking passing game was lead by Tight End Alex M and QB Lewis H, two young guys that Coach KB is excited to see return next season. The defensive charge was lead by dominant performances from Max P, Keagan T, Ake A, Dami O, Draylyn D, Evaristo C, and Alex M. Three of the Vikings losses were one-possession losses which has Coach KB excited for the future. “Overall, very excited for the years to come. We lose some dominant seniors, however, we get to see some young guys step up and be the athletes I know they can be.” Coach KB continues, “Our focus now goes to the off-season and although I want to build on discipline, we have to build our legacy on commitment.”
