After a great win in their season opener at home on Saturday, the Varsity football team will travel to Austin on Friday to take on East Austin Prep. The Vikings are looking forward to the opportunity to carry their momentum into Game 2. Head Coach, Kevon Bagot, was happy with the team’s effort and play on both sides of the ball after Game 1. “There is still a lot we need to clean up and improve on, but we are heading in the right direction. It will be a process from practice to practice, game to game. It’s all about staying focused and being disciplined.” The Vikings are definitely heading in the right direction.
