The Chapin High School Football Teams made their annual trip to the Connie Maxwell Children’s Home in Greenwood, SC.The players, trainers, and coaches participated in friendly contests with the children from the home. Also, the players collected food items for the home’s pantry as well as school supplies for the children.

“This is the second year that we have participated in this and I believe our students get more out of our visit than the little children,” says Coach Justin Gentry. “This is an awesome thing we do. We get to help the Connie Maxwell home and take a little time out of our lives to help impact the lives of little kids that have far bigger problems than what we can imagine,” said senior captain Barrett Charpia.
