We have booked seats for Winnipeg with Air Canada and we have booked rooms at the Homewood Suites by Hilton. This is a brand new hotel and the rate of $145.00 (plus fees & taxes) a night and includes Breakfast.  This can be a great saving and convenience when staying with the team.

 

We will be handling all the booking arrangements for flights and hotels from here.  

 

Our direct (3 hr flight) flights will be leaving on Wednesday June 4th, 2014 at 8:50 AM on Air Canada Flight 294.

We will return on flight 299 at 8 PM on Sunday the 8th. Flight cost will be $520.00/person all taxes and fees included.  Down payment of $100.00/per passenger is required by April 4th, 2014 and the balance of payment is due on May 4th, 2014.

Depending on our schedule we will try to have a practice for each team Wednesday evening or Thursday morning. This should give us a better opportunity to be ready for the first day of competition when the tournament starts.

Players need to arrive Wednesday afternoon and not leave until late Sunday night.
