Good evening parents,
After much consideration, the coaching staff has made the decision to cancel our Kapuskasing tournament. Not all families were on board to go and we were having issues with the hotel block reservation (too many risky conditions and some were added as late as yesterday even after contract was signed ex; needing to book 2 nights to get the rate, 7 day cancelation policy etc). Please call and cancel your hotel reservation if you have already booked, I will contact the manager tomorrow to let her know that we are closing the block but you will have to cancel your rooms if you have booked. I am worried that she will add more conditions if I cancel the block so please cancel your rooms as soon as possible.
Also, we are still working on finalizing the budget (waiting for revised team fees) and once we have the amount, you will be updated and refunded for any money that was not spent.
