Led by the precise pitching of Ty Condon, West Warwick improved their league record to 4-1-3 with a 8-0 road win over Tiverton.

Condon, who will enter his junior year at WWHS, struck out eight batters and allowed just two hits. In fact, Condon brought a no-hitter into the fifth inning before Doug Connors broke it with a bloop single down the right field line.

West Warwick took a 2-0 lead with two runs on one hit (Calvin Battersby) and four walks in the top of the second inning. Quinn Kortick, who called the game for Condon, picked up an rbi when he walked with the bases loaded, forcing in Sam Corrado.

After Nick Brown doubled to start the inning, he moved to third when Liam Gravier reached on a bunt single and scored on a Kyle DaSilva rbi groundout to short. Andrew Sears followed with a walk. Both Gravier and Sears, then, advanced to second and third on a double steal. Sam Corrado lined a single to left field, scoring both runners for a 5-0 lead. A splurge of hits by Calvin Battersby, Dylan Lombari and Brendan Griffin finished the scoring to give West Warwick an 8-0 lead.
