K&D Contracting Major Atom AA

Hi everyone,
We have come up with the most awesome way to spend Saturday night in Ottawa! On November 2nd , 2019 from 18h30 to 21h00, we have secured a private party to Laser Quest for all the players and family/friends. This 8500 square feet laser tag facility is one of the biggest in North America, it also has 3 floors of play area and we can play up to 40 people if more are interested. (some extra fees will apply however).
We will have a pizza, drinks and veggie& fruit tray before and then set up to play two amazing 45 minutes games.

Date: Nov 2nd, 2019
Time: 6h30 to 21h00
Location: Laser Quest , 1800 St-Laurent Blvd Ottawa (20 minutes away)
Costs: based on 32 participants….$25/person. (includes pizza dinner, private room location and 2 private laser tag games)
RSVP: before October 24th, noon
Others: we have the private room for the evening, therefore all none players can set up activities in the room while they wait.

Furthermore, we will also be distributing 1Hallowe’en goodie bag after the player’s last game on Friday.

We have posted the schedule for the tournament. Please note we do play on the sunday, time to be determined. If there is interest from enough players, we’d like to plan something for saturday evening after the game. Just another quick memo to remind you that not all families have booked their rooms at the Holiday Inn Express. Please refer to the Tourney Information Sheet announced previously last month. Cut off date was Oct 1st, 2019, please secure your asap to avoid disappointments. Telephone number is 613-824-8444.

The following players already have their accommodations secured: Lafontaine, Dion, Peever, Baker, Vipond, Kelly, Taillefer, Roussy and Clark.
