Thomas Ness (10:10.37), Paul Bell and Brant Frazee finished 1, 2, 3 in the boys 3200 meter run to pace the Cougars in the opener of our invite season. Frazee was third in the 1600. Hurdler Matt Kredit took second in a hurdles showdown with St. John's Clint Morgan. Other top 10 performers include the boys 4x100 (7th), 4x400 (6th), Mike Stahl (400, 10th). Domonique Staten was the girls lone top 0 performer with as a #8 seed in the 100 meter final, 10th overall. She was also 10th in the 200.
