Chapter House wins an exciting 1-0 game 3. After more than 56 minutes of fast-paced scoreless hockey, Chapter House tallied the game's only goal just seconds into a power-play with under four minutes to play. With their own power-play for the last minute and ten seconds of the game, and with their goaltender pulled, Lowe's Soft Water was unable to net the tying goal.
Lowe's Soft Water won the first game of the championship series 4-3. Chapter House tied the series with a 3-0 (EN) win in game 2 to force the deciding game.
Chapter House followed their regular season first place finish (22-2-2) with the play-off championship to win the Ambis Cup trophy. Lowe's Soft Water had a very strong regular season of their own, finishing in second place with a 15-8-3 record.
