Does my daughter need to tryout to play Recreation Softball?

No.  The Recreation Softball program is open to all girls from Kindergarten to 8th Grade who live in either Maplewood or South Orange.  Any girl who is interested in softball can participate in the Recreation program – there are no tryouts.

Note:  As the girls progress to the older divisions, they are required to participate in evaluations in order to help form fair, competitively balanced teams.
