Complete the survey below to pre-register for the 10U Summer Villagers tryout. All players must be pre-registered in order to tryout.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR PARENTS:
A high-level schedule for each Villagers team will be distributed during the parents meeting that will be held at the beginning of the tryouts. It is very important that you are aware of the Villagers schedule and expected commitment before the tryouts. Players who are selected to a Villagers team must commit to play through the end of the summer season and are expected to make a full commitment to the Villagers.
If players have commitments to other activities, schedule conflicts or known absences (e.g., planned vacations), then these must be disclosed at the time of tryouts. All players will be required to turn in a Tryout & Commitment Form at the first tryout and should list any conflicts or absences on this form.
