Youth Basketball League (YBL)
A co-recreational youth basketball league for players of all skill levels
Age-groups offered for 5/6, 6/7, 7/8, 9/10, 11/12, 13/14, & High School
Co-Rec, ages 5-8
Boys & Girls only Divisions, ages 9-14
Boys & Girls Divisions, High School
Alliance Division for Boys & Girls Grades 6th - 8th

The 5/6, 6/7, and 7/8 Divisions are offered in the:
- Fall (September - November)

Winter (January - March)
The 9/10, 11/12, & 13/14 Divisions are offered in the:
- Spring (late March - June)
- Summer (July - August)
- Fall (September - November)
- Winter (December - early March)
The Alliance Division is offered only in the Winter (December - March).
The High School Division is offered in the:
- Spring (April - June)
- Summer (July - August)
- Fall (September - November)
- Winter (January - March)

North Laurel Community Center: 410-313-4452 option 5 Howard County Public Schools: 410-313-6827 League Refund Policy: A 20% administrative fee is deducted for all refund requests more than four (4) weeks prior to league starting; a 50% refund if withdrawal requested more than two (2) weeks prior to league starting; no refunds are given less than two (2) weeks prior to the start of the league. No Special Requests Accepted. Due to the overwhelming number of special requests in past seasons, the Youth Basketball League will not be accommodating special requests for this season and seasons to come. During the registration process, please let registation staff know if your child is not able to practice on specific night of the week. Balance of teams will be the first priority and to help the league accomplish this goal, every player MUST attend the mandatory skills assessment. Details about the skills assessment will be emailed out prior to the league start.
