Good morning,
Thank you all for a fantastic season to date! We are enjoying a tremendous inaugural year.
Closing Day Ceremonies is slated for Saturday, May 21, Tropical Field, 10 am. Please arrive early to eliminate parking concerns.
Trophies will be forwarded to the manager of each team Saturday morning. Managers may distribute player trophies at a team party or the same day?
Also, possible Majors and Minor 1 playoff games will follow Closing Ceremonies at noon.
Furthermore, we are planning a manager/coach/Team Mom softball game at 2:30 pm, obviously following playoff games... Please confirm the number of folks willing to participate from each team willing to participate. We had an awesome game last year!
To conclude, our concession area will be open throughout the day. Food, beverages, snacks will be available for purchase the entire morning/afternoon.
