We have a meeting planned to select this team on May 22, Tuesday evening, South at 6 PM. All Minor 1 and Majors managers should be present to ensure the process.
Here is the breakdown of all-star meetings to this point. Please keep this handy as a reference:
- Friday, May 18th, 9 PM @ SOUTH: 11-12 All-Stars, Majors managers and Player Agent.
- Sunday, May 20th, 4 PM @ SOUTH: 9-10 All-Stars, Minor 1 managers and Player Agent. Majors managers may be asked to attend if worthy 9-10 year olds are on their roster.
- Tuesday, May 22, 6 PM @ SOUTH: 10-11 All-Stars, Majors, Minor 1 managers, and Player Agents are encouraged to attend.
Please remember to bring your list of ranked players, 1-15, in order. Your number one player should be ranked first, then continue forward to fifteen. This MUST be given to the Player Agent or myself sometime prior to the meeting to participate.
Please, all this info, material, must be kept confidential! We want all of our players and coaches to remain eligible for the tournament. Please do NOT share this with the children.
Players selected will be notified by the Player Agent or myself on June 15th. Please do not release or discuss names of players selected. Managers should finalize their roster beforehand and forward.
In addition, all-star practices may officially begin on June 15, 2007 at our MILL facilities. We will have a practice schedule prepared for the three teams participating. This will be forwarded to the managers as the 15th approaches. If I understand correctly, teams will be practicing daily. We have three teams with four fields available for practices.
Lastly, player birth certificates and proof of residency will be required once you finalize your roster. Please have these documents available immediately after June 15th and forward to Tom Williams or myself.
