2011 League Meeting Information/New School Forms

The Archdiocese of Boston and Peter Williams, CYO Athletic Director, have mandated new forms which are to be used this year.

Coaches - please read the forms carefully; principals must complete and sign certain sections. The forms are listed below as well as the CYO website.

 Assigner's Fee must be received by Nov. 1st (mailed to me - Phil Beranger c/o St. Joseph School, 90 Pickering St., Needham,MA 02492)

Any team not having all proper paperwork completed and fees paid will not participate in the League.  

Meeting:Tuesday, Oct. 4      Time and Place: 7:00 pm at Malden Catholic High School, Malden, MA
