Lacrosse Tournament Feb. 18-20, 2012

USUCS,LLC Lacrosse Tournament

 February 18-20 over Presidents Day weekend (No Sunday Play)
Where: Staheli Farms, 3400 South Washington Fields Rd. Washington Utah (5 miles North of St. George)
Open to all: High School and Club affiliated teams as well as any other state or independent Lacrosse organizations desiring to compete in first class competitive tournaments.
Gender/Age: Open to all girls and boys U8-U19
Bracket Level: 1-Varsity 2- Junior Varsity 3- Other, Guaranteed three game minimum
Registration Entry Fee: U8-U11 $550, U12-U19 $600
Registration Closes: January 29, 2012 midnight

1-Tournament Check-in- All teams are required to personally check in with a coach or team manager. Friday night check-in will be from 5:00-9:00 PM at the Coral Springs Resort, Exit 16 Hwy 9: 

If your team is traveling down on Saturday, you will need to email to let us know and then check your team in at the tournament Head Quarters at Staheli Farms at least one hour before your first game.

Please remember to bring:
1-Updated Roster (they do not need to be signed, we do not need player actions forms, added players may be written or typed in, rosters can be changed up to check-in)
2-Ice Breaker Athletic Waiver for each player (found at “form uploads”)
3-Proof of age birth certificate, drivers license, passport
4-Player cards or ID cards, if you do not have a current ID card for your player, simply make a photo ID and bring proof of age.

2-Medals are given for each 1st and 2nd place teams, please be sure to come to the tournament head quarters after the tournament to receive your medals and have you team photo taken for the web site. Sweatshirts and T’s will also be on sale at a very reasonable price at various locations throughout the complex

4-Parking/fields-Free Parking, the new parking lot is mud free!    


3-Referees-If you are a referee or know a referee that is coming or would like to participate in the tournament please have them fill out the short form at under referees. We need a few alternate referees as well.
It is important that we have good high quality referees for our tournament. We will post on our web site a short online referee evaluation that you can fill after each game and submit to us that will help us in fielding future referees.

4-Team Photo in Program-The Ice Breaker puts out a high gloss full color quality program that will be given to each player free of charge (approx 1500 participants). If you would like to place a team photo along with a brief message for $15.00, please email a photo to  before Monday Jan 30,2012.   $15 fee.
