Sept 2: Lighting Test - Yes, they are ON! The project finished on-time!
August 19: As promised, the first pole is standing!
August 18: The concrete has set and poles will be placed on the bases starting tommorrow. The contractor will be using a giant crane to place the poles. Should be quite a sight!
August 10: Big day today and tomorrow, drilling and placement of base poles that support the light poles.
July 27: today the construction crew began boring the holes to route the cables to the lights. No trenches will be dug.
July 24: One day after the Section 1 tournament ends the lights installation at the Minors field begins. Minors will be closed for three weeks while the lights are installed. We'll keep you posted as the work progresses.
