Collegetown Bagels scored the only goal of the deciding game just 29 seconds into the first period to win the B/C championship over Gorges. The 1-0 game was emotional and hard-fought throughout, with both teams having numerous scoring opportunities. The teams traded power plays in the second period, with Gorges having two 5-on-4 chances and Collegetown Bagels three. The third period featured a penalty shot opportunity for Gorges as well as two 5-on-3 chances, but CTB was able to hold onto their slim lead.
The two teams split the first two games of the series, with CTB winning the first 3-2 and Gorges putting on a strong showing for a 3-0 win in the second game. Collegetown Bagels were also the B/C division champions for the regular season.
