A. ROSTER: Please have players listed alphabetically on your roster (Last name first). Must have a copy of your roster for each team in your conference plus one for the league secretary, and one for Sharon. Biddy (8-1-91) Midgets (8-1-89) Knee-Hi (8-1-87) B. CONTRACTS: Please staple each players contract, birth certificate, and appropriate releases together and stack them alphabetically in your roster packet. C. MAPS: Please make a map of directions to your field. Must have a map for each team in your conference, plus one for the league. D. SCHEDULES: All schedule changes must be made by the end of roster night. Both coaches must agree and notify the umpire assignor & Sharon.
