To manage, coach or assistant coach with SLL you must submit a Volunteer Form and a Manager-Coach Application.  ALL Volunteers must submit to a Criminal & Sexual Registry background check.  Forms should be turned in by January 21st for Managers.  Click on the above title for the forms.  The completed forms can be scanned into a pdf file and emailed to Tonya @ evanchykt@bellsouth.net
