(E) Orioles

1) No pitcher can pitch more than 2 innings per game

2) The entire roster bats

3) 5 run rule will be invoked each inning except the last inning

4) There is a 2 hour time limit on minor games. Teams must hustle on and off the field.

5) Since we are under time restraints a courtesy runner can be used for the catcher at anytime. You should use the player that made the last recorded out.

6) The 10 run rule applies after the four inning or three ½ innings if the home team is ahead by 10.

These are rules as well as guidelines. The managers from each team can get together before each game and discuss these rules and make adjustments for their game. Remember winter ball is for practice and training. It is to help kid’s develop their skills and for transitioning from one division to the next.
