Dear Northridge Little League Players and Parents;
On behalf of the 2008 Board of Directors, I would like to welcome you to the 2008 season. Your Board of Directors has been working very hard during the off-season to get this season ready. Here are a few of the things we have done or have planned for you:
- We are pleased to announce that Del Campo Girls Softball has merged with Northridge Little League and we will be offering not just baseball but softball to our local youth.
- April 25, 2008 we will be having our first Annual Spaghetti dinner in place of our crab feed. This dinner will help with increasing our overall financial standing. It currently cost the league more money to have a child play than we collect in fees. Please contact 225-8712 if you would like to help out. If you have any items that could be donated for the auction we would love to have them.
- We have developed an email list that will allow another level of communication with our families. Please make sure you are on the list. Each family can add as many emails as they would like.
- May 18, 2008 our Annual Family Fun Day. Bring you family out for a day of fun at the ballpark. We will have bounce houses, face painting, snow cones, and of course a great BBQ meal. We will also have a silent auction of great themed baskets for you to bid on.
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank all the parents that have stepped up to help us prepare for this season. We could not have done it without your help. I look forward to another exciting season of baseball and softball!

Any player that requires emergency room medical treatment should be taken to Mercy San Juan Hospital, located at 6501 Coyle Ave, Carmichael. Little League will pay for injuries, however, the player's individual medical insurance should be first applied. Those who have Kaiser may choose to use their own emergency room facilities.
