*Section 1.

It is the responsibility of each league official to see that the rules (playing and behavior) are adhered to, at all times. The Board has the power to suspend any person for failure to follow these regulations and may expel repeated violaters.

Section 2. It is a moral obligation of each manager and coach to call to the opposing manager's attention any potential violation of a rule BEFORE it occurs. It is our mutual responsibility to avoid protested and/or forfeited games.

Section 3. When more than one game is scheduled for a given field on the same day, each game will be allotted a set period time (See below)

Section 4. You must field a team within ten (10) minutes of the Umpires "Play Ball" time.

*Section 5. If a game ends in a tie, it will be resumed at the start of the next scheduled week-day game only, of the same two teams, as scheduled by the Vice-President of that Division. (This section does not apply to Tee-Ball and Farm League).

*Section 6. A manager will be permitted only two (2) trips per pitcher, per imming to the foul line. On the third trip, the pitcher automatically comes out of the pitching position.

*Section 7. Practices clinics/or games are allowed on Sundays. There shall be a maximum of 4, and a minimum of 3, practices per week, including games.

(A.)

Practices: Constitution of a Practice/Clinic, is when there are five (5) or more players from the same team playing together with a manager or coach of their respective team.

*Section 8. If a player misses two consecutive regular season games or 50% of the official weekly practice sessions, the Manager may make a request of Player Agent, to drop that player from the roster. The President and the Board of Directors will decide the case on its merits and in compliance with Article V, Section 5, of the NRLL Constitution.
