IMPORTANT

Junior & Senior League Date information

By March 30th:

Division Heads:

Mike Noboa (mikenoboa1@aol.com) for Seniors

Frank Mormino (Fjm42ofd@aol.com) for Juniors

must have been given by each of the Towns entered:

1) the number of teams being entered in each Division ……

2) a written list of Dates that the Town’s teams are unable to play, Field Names, Directions and types of Fields

(Grass or Turf )… Please submitted to them by email.

Also by that date, the District

3) Must have already received a check, made out to "NJ LL District 4" as Payment of Division fees ( $150.00 per Division entered per Town not per Team )

(Ex. "Town A" has 3 teams in Senior Division and 4 teams in Junior Division the Total Fee Due is $300.00 or if 1 Team in Seniors and 1 in Juniors is still $300.00 Total )

Once I have received all of the above, I will send you an email to verify receipt, or if not received by March 30th an email stating that we will not be able to accommodate you and that your team or teams have been removed from the 2011 schedule. Unfortunately we neither have the time nor the inclination to chase down teams or towns to get their info or their checks …

There should be more than enough time to get all this done!

Schedules along with the Rules agreed upon at the Feb. 27th meeting will then be presented to all teams by Monday, April 11th.

You will have one week to review your schedule and verify with your town (concerning any last minute field issues) and with your team’s players that there are no conflicts or last minute changes needed.

You will have until April 18th to get this done and to get back to your Division Heads with your complete Rosters and with any last minute (which there shouldn’t be) schedule issues which we will then try to rectify ….

However, as of 10:00pm on April 18th those who have not contacted us with any necessary corrections will have their schedules locked; and, as we make any corrections and finalize the schedules of those teams who are in need of adjustments, their schedules will be locked. Hopefully everything can and will be in place on or before Friday April 22. The season will be open for play starting on Monday, April 25th.

Please direct any additional questions to your Division Heads and if they cannot assist you I’ll be glad to help.
