2007 District 4 - Tournament Meeting

All League Presidents and Tournament Team Managers - MUST ATTEND!

The District will be conducting a tournament affidavit review on

 June 21 @ 7:30pm

at the Pavilion near Bergenfield Little League.

Each Team will need to present the following:                          
         Original Birth Certificate (make a copy for later use)
         Boundary map with each players home indicated     
         Medical Release form                                          
         (2) Proof of Residence (PSEG Bill, Tax Bill, Cable Bill
         Little League Affidavit form
