HOUSTON - University of Houston centerfielder Mark McGonigle went 2-for-4, but it would not be quite enough as the Cougars dropped a 3-1 decision to No. 7 Texas on Friday during the first day of the 2006 Houston College Classic at Minute Maid Park. Sophomore righthander Ricky Hargrove threw 3.1 scoreless innings against No. 7 Texas Friday during the Houston College Classic.
