Daily Workouts
 
1.  Medicine Ball Push-Ups
                  3 x 8
2.  Plyo Ball Squats   3 x 10
-add weight if possible

3.  Lat Pulls    3 x 10

4.  Skull Crushers (triceps)
   3 x 10

5.  Shoulder Press (bar or DB)
  3 x 8

6.  Leg Press (machine)  
  3 x 10

ABS
3 Minutes
