Summer Registration and Summer Concession fee/scheduling

If you are selected by the Manager or head coach in your division to play summer ball for Vancouver Minor Baseball in 2012 congratulations, this is what you need to know:

Only selected players will be requested to fill out a manual registration form and bring in 3 photo copies with Care card and birth certificate on them.

Parents this will need to be done by Wed, June 20th 2012 and handed back to your (Manager/ Coach/Team Parent) along with your summer registration fee so your manager can hand it in to us.

If You cannot pay your full registration fee up front, a payment plan will need to be made with our registrar (please notify your Manager/coach you may have an issue).Your Manager/Coach can contact our registrar to say there is a payment issue. When this issue has been satisfied for your player our registrar will contact your Manager/Coach to inform him or her that this has been done. (post dated checks are welcome).

Nobody will be able to play summer ball without a full registration or a payment plan in place, prior to receiving a summer ball uniform.

 Summer Concession-                                                                                                                          During summer play- The concession supervisors are only required to open and close concession  like in spring.  In past years your team is playing your parents must run concession or you hire a student.                                           

New this Year: Please read;

Every team is responsible for paying the concession summer fee. This is not a concession bond

like the spring season. This year It will be a team rate decided by our park scheduler based on

summer home play schedules.  Rebecca will schedule a student into work during the time

concession is open.                                                        

It is up to each team parent/coach/manager  to collect these funds each team will be notified.

 Coaches will pass team checks onto Edwin our treasurer . A posted Envelope will be in clubhouse on the cork board for these team checks (team  amounts may vary).
