Catoctin Baseball Club 11u didn't put up much of a fight on Sunday, as Frederick Hustlers 11u cruised to a blowout 16-5 win in five innings at Yellow Springs Elem. School. Frederick Hustlers 11u scored six runs in the fifth on a passed ball, an RBI single by Aiden Joseph, a two-run single by Gates Griffin, an error, and a passed ball. Gates boosted his batting average thanks to a perfect 2-2 day at the plate to pace Frederick Hustlers 11u. Frederick Hustlers 11u went up for good in the third, scoring six runs on a two-run error, a groundout by Andrew Stroka, and an RBI single by Izaiah Dillenger. Frederick Hustlers 11u tacked on another three runs in the fourth. A clutch error scored Brooks Aleshire to open the scoring in the frame.
