Frederick Hustlers 11u jumped out to an early lead on the Hickory Hornets 11u and captured a 16-2 victory on Saturday at Hickory Hornets. With nine runs in the first three innings, Frederick Hustlers 11u left no doubt about the eventual outcome. An error during the first inning and an RBI single by Alex Miller and an RBI single by Brooks Aleshire in the second inning helped Frederick Hustlers 11u put some runs on the board early. Alex racked up three RBIs on two hits for Frederick Hustlers 11u. The Hickory Hornets 11u had no answer for Andrew Stroka, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. Andrew held the Hickory Hornets 11u hitless over two innings, allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out one. Frederick Hustlers 11u got six-run rallies in the third inning and the sixth. In the third, Frederick Hustlers 11u scored on an error, scoring Justin Lynch.
