Announcement
Sign-Ups for the 2019 Season are
May 25th, June 15th, July 6th & 13th
at Dick's Sporting Goods in
Independence from 9am to 1pm
In order to participate in the 2019 Season, all participants must have submitted by August 1st the following documentation:

a complete 2018-2019 grade card showing grades for the entire school year

a completed 2019 Pop Warner Physical Form (see below to download form)
-
a birth certificate
