2011/2012 D57 Vendor Night

On Thursday, October 20, 2011, District 57 will be hosting its annual "Vendor Night.
This will be in conjunction with the monthly D57 Presidents Meeting.
All vendors will have the opportunity to discuss their company and meet district and league staff(s).

- Location - Dublin Library Community Room - (Note: New Location. Map is here)
- Time: 7:00-9:00. (Vendor setup starts at 6:30)
- Cost: $150 Donation, all of which will be used for the D57 Challenger Program for disabled youth
- Deadline for registration - Octobr 1, 2011
Space is very limited and is assigned on a first-come/first-serve basis.
Each vendor will be allowed to set up their own 6' table/display. Additional space may be secured for $100. Please bring your own display/table.
This will be the only opportunity for vendors to meet the decision makers for the leagues in District 57.
12 Leagues - 12 District 57 League Presidents and other League personnel will be in attendance.
Each vendor will receive a contact list of all D57 presidents and district personnel to follow up with.
