Hey Knights,
Hope everyone is doing great and staying healthy! Welcome to the team...
Judah, Danny and Lisa.
Planning form Summer Knights has begun and I have included the duty list. Our
team will be playing during week 1. We are responsible to work Enterprise on
Week 1 and then the Complex on Week 2. As you will see, mostly everyone is
doing the same job as last year. This should make it easier when it comes to
preparing for the tournament.
Please review the list for your responsibility. For the most part, this will
be the final list with regard to duties. There will be some adjustments down
the road as we get closer to June. There are a few conflicts to work through
but I will keep everyone updated as we move along. As we have work
responsibilities, I wanted to get this information to you so you can plan
accordingly. Please note, for week 2 at Complex, we may see a few games on
Thursday.
I included the job discriptions in case you need to review. The Team Roster is
attached as well.

SITE DIRECTOR: Jake Taylor
ADMIN SUPPORT: Valerie Heffernan/Donelle Chandler

John Sugg – sales, Washington games, scheduling, playoff brackets, planning,
oversight, umpires 8-10 and 11-13, support complex site director
Heather Sugg – Sound System Coordinator/announcing support.
Steve Pearson – Operations Director, Washington Games, oversight with
tournament and fields directors
Cathy Pearson – admin, mariner suite ticket printing (if), umpires 14-18 and
softball,
Scott Clow – compliance team rosters, field crew complex
Trish Ellingson – Cash control – Oversight
Angi Taylor – Oversight shirts procure, prepare, and deliver in
bags--concession/announcing support
Jo Yoon – Oversight Medal and Award procure, prepare and deliver in bags.
