MEET THE SUMMER COACHING STAFF:
Head Coach - Matthew Stretanski
Head Coach Stretanski is the former Head Coach of Dallas High School Swimming Team. Coach Stretanski’s experiences include 31 years of competitive swimming, 15 years of age group coaching, and 14 years as the Dallas high school coach with over 250 conference wins, more than 20 District 2 Champions and several PIAA State finalists.
Assistant Coach - Jennifer Swiderski
Coach Swiderski is in her 4th year as the assistant coach for the Dallas High School swim team and the summer DMAC team. Since she joined the coaching staff for the high school, they have won a total of 47 District individual medals and 16 relay team medals as well as 4 individual medals and 3 relay team medals at States. She graduated from Penn State University in 2008. While at PSU, she was president of the Penn State Club Swim Team. Coach Swiderski is also a fourth grade teacher at Wycallis Elementary. In her spare time, she enjoys running, lifting, and attending Penn State football games.
Assistant Coach - Alicia Bryk
Current assistant coach for winter DMAC and graduate of Pittston High School. She is multiple high school record holder for swimming and participated in PIAA District II State Champs for diving in 2006 & 2007. Her coaching experience includes; head coach Pittston YMCA Masters Swim Program, Misericordia group swim lessons, private lessons and clinics. Alicia completed her swimming career at Misericordia University as 2011 MVP, with 6 school records and an NCAA B cut in the 100 breast stroke.
Assistant Coach - Katlin O’Hara
Current assistant coach for winter DMAC and recent graduate of Syracuse University where she obtained a Bachelors of Science Degree in Biochemistry. Katlin was a member of the Big East Academic All-Star Team and holds 5 University school records. As a 2007 WVW High School graduate, Katlin earned a total of 20 District II Gold Medals, was a PIAA State medalist, and a 4 time All-American. She is a multiple pool, school, and District II record holder and her experience includes various private swimming lessons as well as a Special Olympics instructor.
