DMAC swim records have been revised as of the last meet on 1-21-2019.
Records can only be broken in swim meets that are part of the NEPAGSL. Records that are broken during the Summer DMAC swim program are not eligible to be included in the DMAC records.
NEW for the 2013-2014 Season - NEPAGSL League Records. These records can be broken during the regular swim season.
In all NEPAGSL sanctioned competition, league records may be achieved under the following circumstances. Any event 50 yards or longer must be recorded by an electronic timing system in order to be eligible for the record. For pools lacking a timing system, lanes must be dual timed and the averaged time would be eligible for a record. As 25 yard events at championships are timed manually, this will also be an acceptable form of time recording at regular season competition in the event of achieving a league record. Stopwatch times for 25 yard events need to be dual timed and averaged as per championship protocol. Records are to be reported to the league via email following the meet in which the record was achieved in order to maintain an accurate list of times. The opposing coach from that meet is to be copied in the email in order to validate the time. All records in place now are to remain as league records until broken. Current records will also remain as championship records, which will exist separately from the league records and can only be obtained at the championship meet.
Footnote: If a swimmer swims up in an age group event they are still eligible to break a league record in both their normal age group and the age group they are swimming up in. For example: if a 10 year old swims up in a 12&U event in the 50 free and they break the 10&U record time, then their time will now be a 10&U record.
All swimmers can participate in 4 events at every meet, regardless of age or ability. We encourage all of our swimmers to set personal goals for the season. In addition, team dynamics is a key ingrediant in having a successful and fun season. Cheering on your teammates during each event is key to creating a team spirit.

Boys must be at the pool and ready to swim by 12:00 noon (meet starts at 1:00pm)
