Concession Worker Volunteer Sign Ups

All 2018 concession volunteer shifts are now available for sign up; click HERE to sign up.  Please follow the posted instructions; also, please try to fill the June shifts first.

If you still intend to fulfil your volunteer requirement by volunteering at the concessions stand to earn your $50 gift card, please sign up ASAP.  If we can't fill all the positions with parents who still need to earn their gift card, we may open the positions later in June for parents to earn one additional gift card per family (don't sign up yet for the additional shift, we will communicate when that option becomes available).

Team Managers and Assistant Coaches (that paid a volunteer fee) that haven't yet picked up their volunteer gift card can stop at the concession stand and see Mary Wagner or Nicole Vaculik to pick up your card; the best time to catch Mary or Nicole is during a shift change.

Complete details about volunteering for GLL, including the Volunteer Fee & Gift program, are available on the Downloads page of this website in the Volunteering section.

Concession Worker Volunteer Sign Ups

All unfilled GLL 2018 concession shifts are now open to ANY GLL parent who wishes to earn one extra Volunteer Gift Card.

Please read before signing up:

  • ALL GLL families (including T-Ball & Seniors) are eligible to earn one extra gift card per family even if you have already fulfilled your volunteer requirement and earned your gift card(s).
  • In total, families are only eligible to earn one card for each volunteer fee paid, plus one extra card per family.
  • Only ONE additional gift card per GLL family is allowed at this time, there might be an opportunity to earn a second extra if we can't fill all the open shifts.
  • If you haven't yet fulfilled your volunteer requirement (or signed up to) to earn your volunteer gift card but still intend to, you should sign up immediately before all shifts are taken.
  • Please fill the earlier shifts first.
  • If you are on a payment plan, your final payment must be completed before a gift card will be given out.

July 25 will be Grafton Little League Night; this is a fundraiser for GLL.  $17 buys you a reserved grandstand seat and a Chinooks baseball cap.  Click HERE for additional details.

Chinooks Host Family Program

Are you interested in helping out a potential Major League Baseball player?  The Lakeshore Chinooks are looking for Host Families for the upcoming 2015 summer season.  The players are collegiate players from across the country.  Host Families provide a room for the player, occasional meals and potentially transportation.  In turn you get to know a potential big league baseball player, complimentary tickets to all Chinook home games, 10% off team merchandise, make a positive impact on the future of a young man and much more.

For more information go to the Chinooks web site.  You may apply online to become a Chinook Host Family.  Additional information is available HERE.

Additional questions can be directed to Nancy and Mark Koehler.  Not only are Nancy and Mark the Chinook Host Family Coordinators, they also have hosted players for the past three seasons (one was signed by the Miami Marlins).

Milwaukee Brewers\GLL Night at Miller Park

Signup deadline is May 17.  Join your friends and teammates for a fun and exciting night at Miller Park as the Milwaukee Brewers take on the Washington Nationals on June 23 at 7:10pm.  Little Leaguers and youth baseball players from all around Wisconsin will gather to cheer on the Brewers as well as take a lap around the warning track prior to the game.  Bring your parents, brothers, sisters, relatives and friends and BE SURE TO WEAR YOUR UNIFORMS!  Access to the field prior to the game is limited to uniformed players and three uniformed coaches per team.  There will not be any GLL games on June 23 so mark your calendars and save the date.  Click HERE for an order form that can be printed and turned in with payment at the GLL concession stand on Opening Day.

Milwaukee Brewers Little League Night

Previously we stated Grafton Little League would not be participating in this event due to lack of volunteers to organize the event.  GOOD NEWS; we have since been able to partner with North Central Little League who has graciously offered to accommodate anyone from Grafton Little League that would like to attend this event.

On Tuesday, June 16, Grafton Little League will join North Central Little League in leading the parade around the warning track prior to the game with the Kansas City Royals.  Players and coaches will be able to walk the perimeter of the field prior to the start of the game.  New in 2015, all players in the parade will also receive a Brewers Bobble Head!

Line up for the parade starts at 5:00 pm at Miller Park; all players and up to three coaches per team may march in the parade.  All players and coaches must wear their uniform shirts and hats for access to the field.  Full parade instructions will be provided with your tickets; additional information can be found HERE.

Ticket prices are slightly higher than box office tickets due to this event being a fundraiser, players having access to the field and players receiving a bobble head.  Tickets that are purchased through the box office will not be eligible for access to the field or for a bobble head.

You can conveniently order your tickets below: choose your ticket option and enter your GLL team name.  After clicking the “Add to Cart” button, you will enter your ticket quantity and payment method.

Tickets must be ordered by Monday, June 8.
