Registration for the 2003 Forest Hills Soccer Season is open to all youngsters 5-14 years-old born between 7/31/89 and 8/1/98.
Registration Dates:

Thursday 5/15 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Friday 5/16 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Saturday 5/17 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Please register at the Forest Hills Youth Association Clubhouse, 66-01 Fleet Street. The fee is $110.00 payable with a check or money order only. Please bring your child with you when you register so that your child can be measured for a uniform. You must bring a copy of their Birth Certificate and two passport photos.
