Rays

Nice start!  Each player batted at least three times and collected at least 1 run and 1 hit.  They played solid defense and made smart decisions about where to throw the ball. The final score was 18-6. Not all games will be high scoring so we will need to reset the expectations. I think everyone had fun - and that will be our goal, win or lose.

I hope the parents enjoyed the game, even if the cool temperature felt more like fall football.  If you noticed, we rotated players every inning to give everyone a chance to play infield and outfield.  This is not always easy but it is what we will strive for every game.
