11/12 All Stars head to Williamsport and the Little League World Series
tournament after defeating Red Bluff 2-1 in a heart-attack thriller.

A second straight night of steller
pitching shuts down the opposition. Following Braydon Salzman's lights
out performance on Friday against Utah in the West Region Semifinal
game, Hagen Danner strikes out 13 of the last 15 batters in the Final to
give the OVLL offense the backing it needed to secure the win.
Nick Pratto's triple in the top of
the 6th followed by Steven Kotkosky's blast over the 225-ft left-center
wall ends five-innings of shutout ball by the Northern California team.
The first two pitches of the final inning are all it takes to transform
a 1-0 Red Bluff lead into a 2-1 Ocean View LL victory. The complete

Ocean View applauds the valiant effort by a solid Red
Bluff team that gave our boys all it could handle. It's heartbreaking
to lose with the prize so close, as OVLL knows from personal experience
in the 2010 West Region final. Best of luck to Red Bluff in the future.
