Scrappers

Mets shut the door early on Thunder capturing an 11-5 victory at the Minor B field on Tuesday, May 2.  Nine runs in the first three innings allowed the Mets to put the game to bed early.  Antonio Ventimiglia was hot on the dish with an RBI double, Jack Jernigan with a two-run single, and two RBI singles by Joey Gentilella and then again by Ventimiglia in the second inning supplied insurance for the Mets.  Mets scored one run in each of the third, fifth, and sixth innings with an RBI single by Blake Ruitenschild plating Dylan Uerling.
